You know that alloy selection and casting techniques are critical. Many alloys have overlapping applications, so do not waste time and money experimenting yourself.  Simply consult us. We will happily advise you on the selection of correct temperatures to preclude heat porosity; designs of gates and vents to eliminate hot spots; the selections of raw materials that will ensure your lowest unit cost and include other factors affecting alloy selection, (such as strength, type of finish, need for ductility, dross formation, etc.).
